These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StarPay application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you. If the Services have an age requirement, you must meet it. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may need an account for certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
StarPay may provide digital trading, payment, account, information, or related functionality. Features may vary by location, account type, product availability, and applicable law. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
StarPay does not guarantee profits or the value of any asset or transaction. Digital assets, currencies, securities, and other financial products can involve substantial risk, including possible loss of funds.
Information provided through the Services may be informational and is not necessarily investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for evaluating transactions and obtaining professional advice when appropriate.
Review transaction details before confirming. Depending on the feature, transactions may be irreversible or subject to delays, limits, fees, verification requirements, or third-party rules. We may delay, reject, restrict, or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or operational reasons.
Where applicable, fees will be disclosed through the Services before a chargeable transaction, unless otherwise permitted by law. Third parties may separately charge fees outside StarPay's control.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and StarPay is not responsible for services it does not control.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Provisions that should naturally survive termination will remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or universally available service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StarPay and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the updated Terms apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the StarPay operator and the user's relationship with StarPay, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws.
